Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Locations: Canton, MI Dearborn, MI Grosse Pointe Woods, MI Lansing, MI Southgate, MI Sterling Heights, MI Work Arrangement: Scheduled Work-from-Home Days Available Full Time Positions to fill: 5 Duties will include: • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategies • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed • Collaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progress • Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and procedures • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc. • Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties Qualifications for employment include: • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework • Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation • Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills • Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language a plus • Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required • Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needs • Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base pay Skills and Certifications : BCBA Recruiter Submission Template - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full Name: Degree Major with University and Completion Year: Total Years of ABA Experience: Total Years as a BCBA: Do you have experience designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans?
