WHAT WILL YOU DO As the Restaurant General Manager, you will ensure a positive work environment and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Utilize AES Systems for effective restaurant management, including accurate projections and scheduling. Implement controls for restaurant operations, focusing on cash and inventory management. Set and achieve goals for service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. REQUIREMENTS Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to work in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours.
