Hours/week: 36-40 hours

License/Certifications: Valid RN license in Michigan

Experience: Preferred 1+ year of Med Surg nursing

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.98/hr

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Utilize clinical pathways and evidence-based practices to deliver holistic care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR and other tools.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through attentive monitoring and intervention.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as appropriate.

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license
• At least 1 year of Med Surg RN experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Experience with diverse patient populations, including post-surgical, medical, trauma, and hospice patients
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
