Senior Clinical Nurse Navigator - Member Care & Wellness

Downtown Boulder Partnership

UnitedHealthcare seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Admin RN to support members in Sussex or West Allis, WI. The role involves front-line clinical guidance, education, and care coordination within QuadMed and UMR networks. You will identify high-risk members, coordinate appointments, and educate on treatment plans.
