Assistant Marketing Manager - Marketing & Events

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, promotional programs, and live events . Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, trade shows, promotions, experiential campaigns, and brand activations .
• Manage event logistics, timelines, vendors, budgets, materials, and campaign deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, PR, operations, and leadership to execute successful marketing initiatives.
• Support digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns .
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and event collateral.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and brand growth .
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping campaigns and events on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, promotions, brand management, or campaign coordination.
• Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media, event software, and Microsoft Office .
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with event marketing, experiential marketing, brand management, digital marketing, social media marketing, product launches, trade shows, marketing analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization is a plus.
