As a Security Officer at Enchanted Parks , you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members while working in an energetic, outdoor setting. This role is ideal for responsible young adults who are confident, observant, and enjoy helping people while keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Patrol park areas on foot to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond quickly and professionally to security and medical situations
- Assist guests and team members with questions, concerns, or directions
- Enforce park rules, policies, and applicable laws fairly and respectfully
- Secure buildings, gates, and restricted areas as directed
- Assist with the safe transport of medical patients when needed
- Write clear and accurate incident and activity reports
- Support guest screening at entry points when required
- Communicate using radios, phones, and basic computer systems
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age: 21
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security licenses and certifications
- Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol outdoors for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak summer dates
Other Duties
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support overall park operations.
