Key Responsibilities

As an Urgent Care Physician Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient examinations to assess health status and identify acute medical needs.
• Ordering, interpreting, and analyzing diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays to inform treatment decisions.
• Diagnosing and treating a variety of urgent health conditions and injuries, including but not limited to respiratory issues, gastrointestinal problems, and minor fractures.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses, ensuring continuity of care.
• Prescribing medications and monitoring their effects, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficacy and address side effects.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
