Were hiring a Licensed Social Worker to join our dedicated caregiving team. Set on 44 peaceful acres across from Pearson Metro Park, our campus offers a calm, supportive environment for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Help identify and support residents' social and emotional needs

• Participate in care planning with our interdisciplinary team

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families

• Provide guidance, resources, and education

• Lead or assist with resident engagement activities

• Maintain required documentation and training

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work preferred

• Current LSW (Licensed Social Worker) required

• Experience with older adults is a plus
