Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered EEG Technologist (EEG R) for a position located in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves providing electroencephalography (EEG) testing and monitoring services within a clinical neurophysiology laboratory. Candidates must bring their license on the first day to support the qualification requirements.

Job Details:

• Location: Asheville, North Carolina
• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. Schedule is 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Registered EEG Technician (EEG R), Neonatal/Pediatric experience, inpatient hospital experience, four or more years of inpatient hospital experience, proficiency with Cerner Powerchart electronic medical record, collodion application experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal and pediatric EEG procedures, ability to work autonomously, strong team skills, self-motivated.
• Additional Information: The position involves rotation of weekend and on-call coverage, requiring flexibility in scheduling. The role entails conducting EEG procedures on neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients, including long-term monitoring, intensive care unit, and epilepsy monitoring unit cEEGs.
