Compensation starts at $21/hour when combining hourly wage of $17.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location! Comfortable work attire: t-shirt (provided), jeans, and tennis shoes.Responsibilities:Prepare and grill sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and consistencyOperate and maintain grill and other kitchen equipmentFollow food safety and sanitation standards at all timesMonitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation for every orderRestock and prep ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hoursKeep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for serviceRequirements:Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-casual kitchen preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling proceduresReliable, punctual, and a strong team playerAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsPositive attitude and a passion for great foodPurpose of Position:Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time: Accomplishing the Capriotti's mission begins and ends with you.
