Quality Technician (AERO)

Quality Technician – Aerospace, Defense & Prototype ManufacturingWe are seeking a detail-driven Quality Technician to support our Aerospace, Defense, and Prototype manufacturing operations in Sterling Heights. In this role, you will help ensure products, materials, and processes meet strict quality standards through inspection, testing, and data analysis. This is a hands-on position working closely with production and engineering teams in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment where accuracy and consistency matter every day.What You'll DoInspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards, including conducting tests and documenting resultsIdentify, document, and report defects or non-conformances, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issuesAnalyze quality data to identify trends, support reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiativesMaintain, update, and help improve quality control procedures and inspection documentationPerform routine maintenance and calibration checks on testing and inspection equipmentSupport training of new employees on quality standards, inspection methods, and proceduresEnsure compliance with all safety protocols and participate in a safe, organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForAn individual with a "can-do"/ "will-do attitude2+ years experience in quality control or related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency in using quality inspection toolsExcellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skillsAbility to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of timeAbility to serve, prioritize, and multi-task to support multiple areasExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyWho We AreWe design and build products and solutions supporting Aerospace, Defense, and Prototype manufacturing programs.
