Moving and Grooving Pediatric Physical Therapy
Scottsdale / East Phoenix Metro, Arizona
Part-Time | Minimum 5 Hours Per Week

About the Opportunity

Moving and Grooving Pediatric Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Arizona-licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care through mobile home-based visits and optional clinic hours in Scottsdale.

This role is designed for a therapist who wants meaningful pediatric work with a flexible part-time schedule. Therapists may begin with a minimum of 5 hours per week and build their caseload based on patient demand and availability.

Mobile patients are primarily located within approximately 10 miles west, northwest, and north of ZIP code 85257 , allowing us to create more geographically efficient caseloads whenever possible.

Schedule

Mobile Care

Candidates providing mobile care must be available:

• At least two afternoons per week
• Beginning at approximately 3:00 PM or later

Clinic Care

Candidates interested in clinic hours should be available on Fridays.

The minimum commitment is 5 hours of consistent weekly availability. Additional hours may be available as the caseload develops.

Compensation

Compensation varies by visit type, setting, and experience.

Mobile Visits

• Ongoing treatment visits: $45–$55
• Evaluations: $75–$90

Scottsdale Clinic

• Ongoing treatment visits: $45–$55
• Evaluations: $70–$85

Travel reimbursement is provided for qualifying mobile visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy to pediatric patients and adults with disabilities
• Conduct mobile home-based visits and clinic appointments as applicable
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care
• Work closely with parents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the Moving and Grooving clinical team
• Manage appointments efficiently within the assigned service area
• Build strong relationships with patients and families

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience
• CPR certification
• Comfortable providing mobile/home-based patient care
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work with children, young adults, and adults with disabilities
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain consistent weekly availability

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Pediatric outpatient therapy
• Pediatric home health
• Early intervention
• School-based therapy
• Developmental disabilities
• Children age 5+
• Working closely with parents and caregivers
