This is a full-time, in-center leadership position. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Train and support Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building confidence in package sales and retail products. Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example. Foster a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture that recognizes success and supports ongoing development. Monitor center performance , staffing, productivity, and profitability Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards. If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you can make an impact, we'd love to hear from you. 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required) Flexible availability is required to support business needs Proven leadership , coaching, and team development skills Strong communication , interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience managing KPIs , budgets, and business performance Comfortable using POS , scheduling, and guest management software Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights. Scheduling Requirements This is a full-time leadership role, flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month. Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs.
