Instructional Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Instructional Designerto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying objectives,designing, developing, and implementing high-quality learning experiences f or Nippon Sanso Matheson teammates. Additionally, the ability to evaluate effectivenessof training by collecting data using various methods. You will collaboratewith stakeholders to create engaging and effective training materials thatalign with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of instructional design principles, learning technologies, andbest practices in adult education. This role requires excellent communicationskills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projectswhile ensuring the delivery of impactful learning solutions. Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 MARKETING SUMMARY JOB FUNCTIONS This Job is Essential Essential Functions Needs Analysis: Identify business needs through effectivecommunication with a variety of stakeholders and business leaders thenutilize instructional design methodologies to solve the identified traininggap. Curriculum and ContentDevelopment : Develop and designinnovative learning solutions for all workgroups within Nippon Sanso M atheson that align with learning objectives. This includes content in delivery methodsincluding but not limited to: face to face, virtual, leader led, online,self-paced, mobile, and blended learning. TechnologyIntegration: Stay up to date onthe entire instructional technologies landscape, including how to leveragetechnology for best value and best experience. Propose new and creativeways to make learning more efficient, engaging, and effective. Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluate learning effectiveness todemonstrate the business impact of all training programs and initiatives,using appropriate methods to obtain post training data. Project Management: Manage key initiatives from developmentthrough delivery, maintenance of existing programs and ability to meettimelines within a multiple project environment.
