Quant Developer, Real World Assets

A crypto-native trading firm standing up a real world assets desk in New York, and hiring a quant developer to help build it. RWA here means trading tokenised commodities, futures and equities on-chain. Crypto with a TradFi spine. Why it's worth a look A build seat, not a maintenance one. You're helping stand up a new desk from early, and what you build is what trades. You partner directly with a senior trader, taking their research and strategies and putting them live. You're the right hand that turns ideas into running systems. The trading expertise is already in the room. You bring the engineering and quant implementation, they bring the edge. The firm is already active in on-chain RWA markets, well capitalized and maturing fast. This is a real, funded direction, not an experiment. What we're looking for A genuine quant dev. You've worked hand in hand with QRs and PMs, taking research and putting it into live production. RWA or crypto experience is not required. The trading knowledge is on the desk. Strong engineering and a builder's mindset Comp Open and strong. This is the right hand to a senior trader, so for the right person it can be significant.
