Join a team where great service makes a difference! We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to help customers with their banking needs while delivering exceptional service on every call.
TEMPORARY NEED, STARTING AUGUST 10th, WORKING 3-4 MONTHS TOTAL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
Pay: $17/hr
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries quickly and accurately
- Educate customers on banking products and services
- Identify opportunities to recommend products that meet customer needs
- Update customer information and complete required documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures
- Provide first-call resolution whenever possible
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Banking experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
