Title: Occupational Therapist Job Duties: The Occupational Therapist conducts and accesses ongoing assessments of residents. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the development and continuity of therapeutic service and care of residents such as developing individual programs to assist residents to be cooperative with basic ADL activities, behavioral regulation, and maintenance of physical functioning. The Occupational Therapist works in a collaborative manner with other members of the clinical team and other medical professionals. The Occupational Therapist reports to the Program Director. Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master's degree in occupational therapy. Current registration with NBCOT and CA licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Services focus on skilled nursing, along with specific clinical programming addressing behavioral needs. The facility is near the freeway and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
