Distribution Associate Hourly Full Time Katy, TX, US 9 days ago Requisition ID: 1022 Salary Range: $14.00 To $16.00 Hourly JOB SUMMARY: The Distribution Associate supports warehouse operations by preparing, assembling, staging, and moving products to ensure accurate and timely completion of jobs. The role includes both general distribution tasks and kitting/assembly work while maintaining workstation cleanliness and following safety procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assemble kits accurately according to pick tickets/kitting sheets. Stage jobs for shipping with correct labeling and documentation. Assist with line set-up and material availability. Load/unload trailers and move products as directed. Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety compliance. Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, including PPE. Report attendance exceptions (call-off, late, early leave). Participate in daily stretching and break/lunch schedules. Ability to meet or exceed assigned metrics/KPIs for job completions, accuracy, and workstation clean-up. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). Team player with attention to detail and accuracy. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
