Your job duties will include:
- Assist office manager with daily operations
- Prepare permitting documents & coordinate insurance paperwork
- Review and highlight product approvals for windows/doors
- Answer phones and take messages
- Send invoices via QuickBooks
- Create customer proposals and assist with light quoting (Adobe)
- Communicate with clients
- Schedule inspections with building department
- Print and organize permits
Requirements:
- Prior construction office experience
- Preferred knowledge of windows & doors
- Strong organization and communication skills
