Join our family-owned window and door company and become a key part of a growing team!

Your job duties will include:

  • Assist office manager with daily operations
  • Prepare permitting documents & coordinate insurance paperwork
  • Review and highlight product approvals for windows/doors
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Send invoices via QuickBooks
  • Create customer proposals and assist with light quoting (Adobe)
  • Communicate with clients
  • Schedule inspections with building department
  • Print and organize permits

Requirements:

  • Prior construction office experience
  • Preferred knowledge of windows & doors
  • Strong organization and communication skills
