Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in an emergency department setting. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical, social, and psychological needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate interventions. The role requires delegating and coordinating care, ensuring adherence to professional, legal, and ethical standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. The RN promotes professionalism, participates in ongoing development, and demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills. Assess patient conditions and gather information from the care team. Develop personalized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement. Implement and coordinate care, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively. Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed. Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal standards, documenting accurately, and promoting ethical practice. Qualifications Include Current RN license with valid or transferred compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. One year of Emergency Department experience required; BSN preferred (obtained from an accredited institution).
