What You’ll Do:

• Sell, plan and coordinate events – Work with clients to understand their needs and make their vision a reality

• Help manage catering logistics – Ensure food, staff, and supplies are ready and on point

• Handle event details 

• Communicate with clients and vendors – Keep everything running smoothly before, during, and after events

• Support the team – Work alongside with the Executive Chef, GM and Catering Manager

• Maintain quality and professionalism – Every event should be flawless, from presentation to execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills—you’re the type who loves a good checklist

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle multiple events and adapt on the fly

• A passion for hospitality and creating amazing experiences

• Previous event planning or catering experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
