Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Maricopa, AZ Job Id: 30420 # of Openings: 1 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn additional compensation based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership opportunities. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Senior BCBA. Other roles are eligible as well. Monthly performance bonuses are uncapped. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonus for supervising RBTs pursuing Master’s in ABA. Certification bonus for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote work benefit: up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours. Approximately 30 days off in Year One, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseload: support up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses. Education and Support Continuing Education: minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
