Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $31/hr Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities: Wyoming COTA license or ability to obtain Must have a tax home 50+ miles away from facility Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients. Monitor and document patient progress Ability to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors.
