Regional Sales Training & Performance Leader

Driving Academy

Driving Academy is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee franchise sales training across locations and monitor their performance to maximize results. The role guides franchises to improve operations while ensuring adherence to Driving Academy policies and procedures. The position requires travel between a local base and franchise sites, strong leadership, and the ability to coach management toward success in a fast-growing company that offers a Health Insurance Stipend and 401K with matching. #J-18808-Ljbffr Driving Academy
