What you will do 

\n
• Knowledge of maintaining, repairing, and installing, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems. Knowledge of multi-meters, and/or decibel meters.
\n
• \n

  Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.

\n
• \n

  Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding, crawl spaces and above ceilings, etc.

\n
• \n

  Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operation/product manuals.

\n
• \n

  Perform inspections and installation activities on electronic fire systems.

\n

What we look for Required

\n
• \n

  High School Diploma or Equivalent

\n
• \n

  One (1) experience in Fire Alarm systems.

\n
• \n

  Strong oral and written communication skills.

\n
• \n

  Electrical installation experience.

\n
• \n

  Excellent customer interaction skills.

\n
• \n

  Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

\n
• \n

  Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs, unaided by management.

\n
• \n

  Self-starter needed that can work with minimum supervision.

\n
• \n

  Pass criminal background check and drug test.

\n
• \n

  Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company

\n

Requirements

\n
• \n

  Be able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.

\n

Preferred

\n
• \n

  Three (3) years of experience in the Fire Alarm Systems.

\n

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19-$24 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
