• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years work experience
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and ability to weld
• Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment

• Perform inspections & checklists on work areas
• Participate in and complete any and all safety processes or procedures
• Clean up and housekeeping duties as assigned
• Operate various small to mid-sized mobile equipment
• Fill in vacancies within different areas of the plant
