Operations Director

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $275,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Lead operational direction and strategy for data center capabilities and market share Support business development in data center pursuits across divisions Manage complex transitions and provide solutions in high-risk environments Drive deployment and post-deployment support for data center products Develop strategic tools and processes for a top-tier data center program Serve as the subject matter expert on operational management for data centers Consult with clients on operational aspects, expansions, and design Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years of data center operations and engineering experience At least 5 years in business line expansion in a high growth market P&L management experience preferred Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and IT environments Experience developing mission-critical programs and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems Benefits 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at full salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
