Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a passionate and proficient Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team dedicated to providing top-notch patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during all procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
• Work in tandem with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the delivery of quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging machinery, promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions
• Thoroughly document procedures and manage patient records in the electronic medical system
• Remain informed about the latest developments in ultrasound imaging techniques and standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preference for completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a similar credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
