Ethos Roofing & Restoration is looking for an exceptional relationship-builder to lead our expansion into Denver’s high-end residential market.

This is not a traditional roofing sales position.

You will not be expected to knock doors, chase one-off leads, or spend your day selling roofing projects.

Your job is to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the people affluent homeowners already trust: luxury Realtors, custom builders, property managers, insurance professionals, architects, designers, home inspectors, private-community contacts and other influential professionals throughout areas such as Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Castle Pines and surrounding luxury communities.

We are looking for someone who understands that the best relationships are built over time—and also understands that relationship development needs discipline, consistency and measurable results.

What You’ll Do-

You will be responsible for developing and managing Ethos’s strategic referral network throughout Denver’s luxury residential market.

Your week may include:

• Meeting a top-producing Realtor for coffee to learn what problems they encounter during real estate transactions.
• Attending luxury real estate, community, charity and professional networking events.
• Visiting brokerages and introducing Ethos as a resource for complex roofing and exterior issues.
• Developing relationships with custom builders, architects, designers, insurance professionals and property managers.
• Helping a Realtor quickly resolve a roof issue that appears during a home inspection or real estate transaction.
• Coordinating educational events and small lunch-and-learns for brokerages and professional groups.
• Following up with existing partners to stay relevant without becoming intrusive.
• Identifying influential professionals and organizations we should know.
• Creating opportunities for introductions into new networks and communities.
• Making sure every client referred to Ethos receives an exceptional experience.
• Tracking relationships, activity, referrals and resulting revenue in our CRM.

The objective is simple:

Become the person Denver’s high-end residential professionals call when they or their clients have a roofing or exterior problem.

This Role Is About Relationships

We are not looking for someone to simply attend networking events and collect business cards.

You will manage a defined portfolio of high-value relationships and prospects.

We will track metrics such as:

• New strategic relationships developed
• Face-to-face meetings
• Meaningful follow-up activity
• Introductions received
• Referral opportunities generated
• Partner engagement
• Repeat referrals
• Revenue and gross profit generated through the channel

Some relationships may take months to produce business. We understand that.

What matters is that you are consistently building a network that becomes more valuable to Ethos every year.

Who We’re Looking For

The right person is polished, confident and comfortable interacting with successful professionals and affluent homeowners.

You may currently work in:

• Luxury residential real estate
• Title or escrow
• Mortgage or private lending
• Wealth management or private banking
• High-end hospitality
• Private clubs or country clubs
• Custom homebuilding or design
• Luxury automotive
• Professional services
• Business development
• Client relationship management

Roofing experience is not required .

We can teach you roofing.

It is much harder to teach someone how to walk into a room full of people they do not know, build trust, create genuine relationships and consistently follow through.

You’ll Probably Be a Great Fit If:

• You are polished enough to represent Ethos in front of a $10 million homeowner or top luxury Realtor.

• You are comfortable attending professional and social events.
• You understand that trust is earned over repeated interactions.
• You are comfortable asking for introductions once relationships have been established.
• You can work independently without constant supervision.
• You are willing to use a CRM and document your activity.
• You are motivated by building something valuable over time.

• You need immediate gratification from every interaction.
• You dislike networking or meeting new people.
• You are uncomfortable walking into events alone.
• You believe relationship-building means taking people to lunch without a strategy.
• You struggle with consistent follow-up.
• You dislike documenting your activity.
• You expect leads to simply be handed to you.
• You are looking for a traditional inside-sales or roofing-sales position.

What You’ll Be Building

Our goal is to create a network of professionals throughout Denver’s most desirable residential communities who view Ethos as their trusted roofing and exterior resource.

That could include:

• Luxury Realtors
• Managing brokers
• Custom builders
• Remodelers
• Architects
• Interior designers
• Property managers
• Insurance brokers
• Home inspectors
• Wealth managers
• Private client advisors
• HOA and community contacts
• Estate managers
• Other professionals who regularly advise affluent homeowners

This is a long-term initiative with significant support from company leadership.

We are not looking for a quick marketing campaign.

We are building a durable referral network.

Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000

Performance Incentive: Up to $30,000 annually

Total Target Compensation: Up to $120,000

Performance incentives will be based on a combination of relationship development, qualified opportunities, referrals and business generated through the strategic partnership channel.

This structure allows you to focus on building long-term relationships while still being rewarded when those relationships produce meaningful results.
