Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring 5 years of OR experience and a TX or compact RN license, working night shifts Monday through Thursday.

Details

• Fast-paced Operating Room setting
• Specialties include general, neuro, ortho, trauma, and robotics surgery
• Night shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• Schedule runs Monday through Thursday with holiday call responsibilities
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of OR RN experience preferred; candidates with strong experience across listed specialties may be considered
• Experience in general, neuro, ortho, trauma, and/or robotic-assisted surgery required
• 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• Facility conducts its own drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana; a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions — candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and during the assignment
• Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
