Location: Hermitage, Pennsylvania
About the Position
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Regional Tanker Drivers to support our client’s operations in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. This position involves transporting catalyst chemicals to various facilities, including government locations, within a 250–500-mile radius.
Pay & Schedule
- $4,000–$5,000 biweekly
- $0.77 per mile
- $33 per hour for on-duty, non-driving time
- $30 per diem for nights spent away from home
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 4:00 a.m. start time
- Some overnight trips required
- Home throughout the week and home on weekends
- 40 hours per week
- Anticipated start date: July 7, 2026
Job Details

- Handling: Unload tanker using an air-compressed hose or pump
- Credentials: X endorsement and TWIC card required
- Refrigerators are available in the trucks
- No-pet and no-rider policy
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-tanker equipment on regional routes
- Transport and deliver chemical freight to designated facilities
- Unload tankers using a pump or air-compressed hose
- Complete all required paperwork, reports, and delivery documentation
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations
Minimum Requirements
- CDL A license
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable tanker driving experience
- Valid X endorsement
- Valid TWIC card
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
