QA Inspector II

We're looking for an experienced QA Inspector II who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Perform visual and dimensional inspections of aerospace hardware and components to verify compliance with customer requirements and quality standards. Review engineering drawings, customer purchase orders, and quality plans to determine inspection criteria. Utilize precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, thread gages, ring gages, optical comparators, and other inspection tools. Verify certifications, traceability documentation, testing requirements, and product identification. Record inspection results and maintain accurate electronic inspection reports. Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming materials while partnering with Quality leadership to resolve issues. Ensure inspected products are accurately processed and transferred through the quality inspection process. Maintain compliance with company procedures, customer specifications, and aerospace industry standards. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (technical training or certification is a plus). 3+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a related industry. Hands-on experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, ring gages, optical comparators, or similar equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints; GD&T experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product discrepancies and documentation errors. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Quality team.
