About the Facility Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 106‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility focused on compassion and quality care. The environment is designed with bright common spaces to create a home‑like setting for residents and staff. Shift Information Full‑time: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Part‑time (weekends only): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Compensation Sign‑on bonus: $4,000 for new full‑time hires. Hourly range: $38–$60 per hour based on experience and incentives, all inclusive. Full‑time only: waive benefits and receive an additional $3.00 per hour. Shift differentials: $1.00 for 3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7 AM. Daily pay available. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey. Valid BLS certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once. Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. No previous supervisor experience required; training provided. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public. Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care. Benefits Tuition reimbursement. Employee referral bonus.
