OVERVIEW As a store associate, you will be passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your eagerness to help, deep product knowledge, strong brand representation, and prioritization skills will ensure that every customer feels valued. You'll continuously learn, support your team across various departments, and contribute to a vibrant store culture! ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Greet all customers and proactively assist them in enhancing their shopping experience. Engage with customers to share your passion and expertise in sports and activities, demonstrating genuine interest and dedication. Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation across top brands in the sporting goods industry. Promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal promotions. Foster an inclusive store atmosphere where all team members and shoppers feel welcome, safe, and respected. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and store operations during peak business periods. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or Equivalent.
