Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Program Assistant to join our team. The Program Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our facility and assisting clients on their journey to recovery. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide support and encouragement to clients throughout their residential treatment experience
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures
Complete shift reports for the clinical team
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required

Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a healthcare or human services setting, particularly with individuals with substance abuse issues, is desirable but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid drivers license
