Patient-Centric RN: Care Coordination & Quality Improvement

Western Missouri Medical Center

A healthcare facility in Warrensburg seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate nursing care for patients, directly reporting to the charge nurse. Responsibilities include implementing patient care plans, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a supportive environment in accordance with the center's mission. Candidates must be licensed as a professional registered nurse in Missouri or eligible to practice as a graduate nurse.
