Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

• Provide nursing care to patients in long term care settings
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
• Assist in daily living activities and promote patient comfort
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

• Current LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in long term care is preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
