Construction Controller or Up and Coming Accounting Manager: Miami Ascendo Resources is assisting our client in their search for an Accounting Manager. Must have Construction industry or subcontractor accounting experience . This Commercial Construction company has been in business for 10 years. Outstanding reputation. Salary $120K - $135 + annual bonus Technical Skill Set Required Large Construction company Accounting experience: $300m+ Construction industry Accounting & Finance experience (current) Monthly General Ledger, Multiple Entity Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR Month End Close, quarter end close, year-end close Analyze Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, job cost reporting, and project profitability analysis. AIA billing Experience with system migrations (preferred) Balance sheet review Treasury functions Improve policies & procedures, internal controls GAAP Experience Advanced Excel User Ad-Hoc Reports Reports to Executive Management Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance. Strong Academic background from a reputable university Current Construction industry Accounting experience / Not Development CPA preferred Good employment stability (no job hoppers) Advanced Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
