The Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation team is looking for a business intelligence manager to join our team in building and maintaining end-to-end data and analytics solutions that drive business choices. We need your business intelligence engineering experience to shape the future of packaging data and understanding of the customer experience. You will spearhead high visibility projects to design, implement and measure effective solutions for large, complex data spanning many sources and data structures using AWS tools.We are looking for a builder who can bring deep SQL proficientcy, knowledge of data design and warehousing best practices, and ability apply statistical/ML/AI solutions to business problems. In this role, you will manage our "source of truth" data store and metrics for warehouse automation and customer packaging. You will be responsible for ETL design and implementation although you may leverage Data Engineers to deliver outcomes. This role will ensure the right data is available and curate metrics to support customer experiences spanning several sources of data with a high degree of ambiguity.The ideal candidate has depth of experience thinking for their stakeholders, mitigating bottlenecks and implementing enterprise level solutions to build for the future and deliver today. A successful candidate will think strategically while getting things done, they will know why to implement various solutions for optimization vs. speed and be able to integrate into a broad ecosystem of data pipelines and visualization tools. They will be strong writers and understand the importance of code development best practices. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
