Job Description Summary:

Role Summary
The Coordinator, Talent Development supports the delivery and ongoing administration of Talent Development programs and learning offerings across the firm. This role is responsible for program logistics, systems and record maintenance, and ensuring a high-quality participant experience across virtual and in-person offerings. Working closely with Talent Development colleagues, internal partners, and external vendors, this role performs an important operational function in enabling accurate, on-time, and process-aligned program delivery. The role reports to the Head of Talent Development and is well suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination instincts and an interest in building operational and program-management skills in a learning and development environment.

Job Description:

Program Delivery Coordination

• Support the end-to-end logistical coordination and execution of Talent Development programs, including scheduling, registration, and virtual and in-person delivery arrangements (meeting space, technology, materials, catering, travel, and vendor coordination, as applicable).
• Create and maintain program registrations and participant records within relevant systems.
• Create and monitor feedback surveys; compile and organize results as needed.
• Maintain Talent Development program schedules, calendar holds, program websites, and operational records.
• Respond to routine logistical and administrative program-related inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Communicate logistical requirements and conduct routine follow-up with internal partners and external vendors to support smooth program delivery.
• Identify and resolve straightforward logistical issues; escalate more complex matters promptly and with appropriate context.

Operations and Administrative Support

• Monitor and manage the Talent Development shared inbox; route inquiries to the appropriate team member and follow up on routine requests as needed.
• Maintain organized administrative files, shared resources, and team records to support efficient team operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Development, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, when requested.

Process and Systems Proficiency

• Learn and apply relevant systems and technology tools to complete program, administrative, and operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow established processes and maintain accurate records within relevant platforms and systems.
• Identify routine process or technical issues; resolve straightforward matters using established guidance and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Support the testing and implementation of process updates, system changes, or new tools, as assigned.

Skills and Experiences

Essential

• Demonstrated experience providing administrative, event, program, project, or logistical coordination support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Ability to follow established processes, complete routine tasks accurately, and maintain well-organized records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to respond to routine inquiries professionally and provide clear, timely updates to colleagues, vendors, and participants.
• Demonstrated customer-service orientation and ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve straightforward issues independently and escalate more complex matters appropriately.

Preferred

• Experience in, or genuine interest in, learning and development, Human Capital/Resources, or professional services.
• Comfort learning and using technology tools and systems, including virtual-meeting, registration, survey, and productivity platforms.

Other Qualifications

Educational/Professional Background

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint).
• Comfort with, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn, registration, survey, and learning management system (LMS) platforms.

In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
