What You'll Do

• Provide expert perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
• Assist with transplant procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Coordinate with surgical teams to prepare and scrub in for complex procedures
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to intraoperative changes
• Document accurately in EPIC charting system
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to all safety protocols
• Support patient recovery and communicate effectively with surgical and support teams

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• 2+ years in cardiac, vascular, or transplant nursing
• 1+ year CVOR experience
• Scrub experience in OR, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, or Vascular surgeries
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar charting systems

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• Flexibility for night shifts and rotating weekends
