Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care
• Outpatient clinic coverage
• Call coverage
• Prenatal care and obstetrical management
• Gynecologic consultations and procedures
• Surgical OB/GYN care

Required Procedures:

• FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
• OB Ultrasounds (Performance and Interpretation)
• Routine Vaginal Deliveries
• Cesarean Sections
• Breech Deliveries
• Multiple Birth Deliveries
• VBACs
• Repair of 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations
• IUD Placement
• Cystoscopy
• Colposcopy
• Cryosurgery
• LEEP Procedures
• Open Gynecologic Surgery
• Laparoscopic Diagnostic and Minor Procedures
• Tubal Ligation
• Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery
• Ovary Removal
• Cystectomy

EMR System: Cerner Community Works

Support Staff:

• 4 CNMs
• 1 Assigned Medical Assistant per Clinician
• 1 Triage Nurse
• Birth Center Nursing Staff

On-Call/Weekends:

• Clinic and Call Coverage
• Variable Call Schedule

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Active Vermont License, IMLC, or Willingness to Obtain
• Completion of Accredited OB/GYN Residency (U.S. or Canada)
• Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
