Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document and maintain accurate records within the Point Click Care (PCC) system
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in long term care preferred
