Liberty Locksmith is looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Monitor technician routes and job status
- Follow up with customers
- Handle emergency service requests
- Maintain accurate job records
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service experience preferred
- Dispatch experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
