KFC Team Member
Team members make the biggest impact on our guest experience and bring our restaurants to life! As part of our KFC Family, you will be part of a team that will provide thorough training, learning opportunities that help you grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
- Partnering with your team members to manage the products needed to fulfill guest orders
- Providing a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, fresh meals and a commitment to cleanliness
- Contributing to the overall positive and collaborative family environment
Success factors include:
- Flexible work hours and punctual attendance
- A smile and enthusiasm are required
- Some heavy lifting may be required (range 25-85 pounds)
- Extended standing
- Hearing in normal range must be present due to auditory alarms for some cooking equipment
- Reading of menus, manuals and training aids required
- Manual dexterity in packing food containers and cleaning
- Ability to work with others in somewhat confined space
- Maintaining safety around high temperature equipment, boiling water and hot shortening
- Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of Company operating procedures and operating results
