Advocate Trinity Hospital is seeking a Nursing Float Pool RN to join our fast-paced ICU/step-down unit in Chicago. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of ICU or step-down experience, Illinois RN licensure, and strong communication skills to advocate for patients and coordinate with care teams. You will round with care teams, document findings in Cipher and Epic, and support safe discharges while prioritizing patient and family education and satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advocate Health
