What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Pet Care Plus. You’ll help create a welcoming first impression while keeping our lobby running smoothly and ensuring every pet and client receives five-star service. You’ll Get to: Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Check pets in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and other resort services. Answer phone calls from current and prospective clients while providing exceptional customer service. Schedule, modify, and confirm daycare reservations. Process daycare packages and customer payments accurately. Assist retail customers and recommend products that benefit their pets. Give engaging facility tours to prospective clients. Maintain accurate customer and pet records, including vaccinations and important care information. Make outbound calls for confirmations, vaccination follow-ups, welcome-back calls, and special events. Help Keep Our Resort Looking Amazing We believe a clean, organized facility creates a better experience for everyone. You’ll help: Keep the lobby welcoming, clean, and inviting. Stock, organize, and merchandise our retail displays. Maintain and clean customer and employee restrooms. Keep coffee stations and customer amenities fully stocked. Assist with light housekeeping throughout the facility. Every Day Includes Time with Pets This isn’t your average front desk job! You’ll also: Assist with dog park walks and outdoor activities. Help care for our feline guests. Escort pets safely to and from the lobby. Help load and unload daycare play groups. Complete individual playtimes and potty walks as needed. Take fun, approved photos of our furry guests- if you know social media, that is a HUGE PLUS! Participate in community events and represent Pet Care Plus throughout Chicago. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Loves both animals and people. Has a positive, upbeat attitude. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Can multitask while staying organized. Is dependable and works well as part of a team. Communicates professionally and confidently. Is comfortable being active throughout the day.
