This includes managing all operational functions and processes with a focus on achieving operational excellence.Principal Duties and Essential Functions:Lead in a way to create and sustain company culture that models Web Industries' principles and values.Communicate, coach, mentor, and motivate site team around vision, values, safety, and strategy. This includes supervising several direct reports (managers, VSL, planners, trainers etc.).Utilizing a site leadership team structure, lead site plan execution by effectively managing:Safety and EnvironmentSupporting sales and customer service in ensuring excellent customer experiencesPeople Leadership/Organization healthLeading functional groups to meet strategic and financial goalsEffective on-boarding / new product introductions (NPI)Driving continuous improvement initiatives.Sustain an operational culture based around Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)Building smart and healthy organizationsFostering Web's values and culture through effective leadership actionsProviding HR direction and support in dealing with employee related issues, policy clarification, skills development, and employee recognition eventsAssist in the development of strategy to:Identify business needs and tailor solutions and strategy to build value proposition and market leadership positionIdentify, coordinate, justify, and optimize capital Investment needed for the efficient and effective operation and growthEstablish performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for performanceMaintain accountability for critical metrics:Business and Operational Plan Execution Execute business plan specific to site (ramp up of new programs, delivery, staffing targets, profit etc.) that have been designed for creating long term business health and sustainabilityOperational Performance Metrics Safety, VA/Labor $, VA/HR, Turnover, OTD, COPQ, Productivity, Efficiency, and Utilization.Customer Satisfaction Strategic Account Supplier Scorecards and SurveysEmployee Satisfaction NCEO SurveyBuild healthy, constructive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholdersPerforms any other function or responsibility as assignedAdditional Required Qualifications/Skills:More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations including:5+ years leading teams and effective changeKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tool setsWorking knowledge of ISO9001 standards and manufacturing practicesKnowledge of applicable manufacturing processes at the site or similarLeadership Skills:Models humilityGood decision-making skillsSeeks feedback as a gift for personal improvementBuilds trust in relationships and encourages allEarns the respect of othersDemonstrates caring for othersBuilds synergy and teamworkModels accountability.
