AVP – Digital Operations Join Safelite, an industry leader in vehicle glass and claims services, as the Associate Vice President, Digital Operations. In this transformational role you will build and evolve the systems, rhythms, and processes that connect strategy to execution across our digital portfolio. What You’ll Do Build the Operating System for Digital – Own the operating model that connects strategy, investment, and execution. Establish portfolio management disciplines for transparency, accountability, and predictability. Build governance, planning, goal‑setting, and performance management systems to scale teams. Connect Work to Business Value – Build a framework that links digital initiatives to financial and business outcomes. Partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, and business leaders to define, validate, and measure value realization. Drive Portfolio Strategy and Prioritization – Lead portfolio planning across product domains. Create prioritization frameworks that focus resources on high‑value opportunities. Balance near‑term performance with long‑term innovation. Accelerate Speed, Agility, and Execution – Create operating rhythms for faster, confident delivery. Improve cross‑functional collaboration, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in planning and decision‑making. Lead AI‑Native Ways of Working – Champion AI across the product lifecycle. Develop frameworks, tools, and workflows that help teams leverage AI to accelerate speed, quality, and outcomes. What We’re Looking For We seek a builder who creates clarity, focus, and momentum at scale. You understand product organization dynamics, operating models, portfolio economics, and AI transformation. You build executive‑level influence and lead through ambiguity. Required Qualifications 8+ years of leadership in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, or related functions. Proven success scaling operational capabilities in product‑led, technology‑forward organizations. Experience linking investment decisions to measurable business and financial outcomes. Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making. Track record of driving AI adoption, modern ways of working, or digital transformation initiatives. Exceptional communication and executive influence skills. Ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Preferred Qualifications Experience building Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Digital Operations, or Transformation functions from scratch. Experience supporting large‑scale digital product organizations. Deep knowledge of modern product operating models, analytics platforms, and planning frameworks. Cross‑functional experience with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams. Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives. Adapts to Central or Eastern time zones.
