Your Duties: Manage your territory and expand, create and maintain relationships by calling and meeting with facilities directors, building owners, and purchasing directors Help maintain contact with current customers Make connections with customers by visiting facilities to assess service needs and offer tailored solutions Getting on roofs to conduct thorough inspections and spot opportunities to give winning, professional and detailed quotes for service needs Stay organized and keep up to date information on contacts and operations in our management system, while thriving in a dynamic, challenging, fast paced environment Support regional sales efforts Keep track of all sales communication as well as provide insights on any lost business to help us keep improving What You Bring: A high school diploma and at least 3 years of sales experience, roofing experience preferred Excellent communication skills and a self‑motivated, proactive attitude Maintain professionalism Organizational skills and a knack for math Offering a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays!
